01我们处理哪些信息Information we handle
FlowMala 尽量在你的设备上完成练习处理。不同功能会处理以下信息：
FlowMala performs practice processing on your device where possible. The following information is handled for specific features:
相机画面与姿势识别Camera frames and pose landmarks
进行体感练习时，App 使用前置摄像头和 iOS Vision 识别身体姿势。实时画面和姿势点仅在设备上处理，不上传到 FlowMala 服务器，也不用于训练模型。相机权限可在 iOS“设置”中撤销。
During motion-sensing practice, the app uses the front camera and Apple Vision to recognize body poses. Live frames and pose landmarks are processed on your device, are not uploaded to FlowMala servers, and are not used to train models. You can revoke camera access in iOS Settings.
练习瞬间与照片Practice moments and photos
独立体式练习完成后，App 会在摄像头可用时拍摄一张练习瞬间，并将原图及打卡记录保存在 App 私有空间。App 可在获得“仅添加照片”授权后，将生成的打卡卡片添加到系统照片图库；App 不读取或浏览图库中的其他照片。图库副本需要在“照片”App 中单独删除。
When a standalone pose practice is completed and the camera is available, the app captures a practice moment and stores the original image and check-in record in its private app storage. With add-only Photos permission, the app may add the generated check-in card to your system photo library. It does not read or browse other photos in that library. Delete that copy separately in the Photos app.
本机资料与偏好Local data and preferences
昵称和头像、练习历史、收藏、自创课程、提醒偏好及 App 内瑜伽瞬间保存在本机 App 私有空间，不会同步到 FlowMala 账号或云端，也不会加入 iCloud 设备备份。部分内容可在 App 内删除；瑜伽瞬间可逐张或全部删除。
Your nickname and avatar, practice history, favorites, custom routines, reminder preferences, and in-app yoga moments are stored in the app’s private space on your device. They are not synced to a FlowMala account or cloud service and are excluded from iCloud device backup. Some items can be removed in the app; yoga moments can be deleted individually or all at once.
账号与第三方登录Accounts and third-party sign-in
Apple 或 Google 登录是可选功能。选择登录时，Apple 或 Google 会验证你的身份；Firebase Authentication 会处理登录凭证、服务生成的账号标识，以及登录服务返回的姓名或邮箱（如有），用于验证身份、维护登录状态和删除账号。登录不会上传本机练习记录、收藏、自创课程或瑜伽照片。登录服务商可能按其政策处理必要的服务、安全、使用或诊断信息。
Apple or Google sign-in is optional. If you choose it, Apple or Google verifies your identity. Firebase Authentication processes sign-in credentials, a service-generated account identifier, and any name or email returned by the identity provider, to authenticate you, maintain sign-in state, and support account deletion. Sign-in does not upload your local practice history, favorites, custom routines, or yoga photos. Providers may process necessary service, security, usage, or diagnostic information under their own policies.
订阅与购买Subscriptions and purchases
Pro 订阅由 Apple App Store 处理。FlowMala 使用 Apple StoreKit 获取或验证交易状态以提供相应权益；App 不接收你的完整银行卡号或支付凭证。购买、退款和账单由 Apple 按其条款及隐私政策处理。
Pro subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. FlowMala uses Apple StoreKit to obtain or verify transaction status and provide the related entitlement. The app does not receive your full card number or payment credentials. Apple handles purchases, refunds, and billing under its terms and privacy policy.
提醒与语音Reminders and voice
练习提醒由 iOS 在本机安排。口令通过 iOS 语音合成播放；App 不录制口令语音，也不请求麦克风权限。
Practice reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. Spoken cues use iOS text-to-speech; the app does not record voice or request microphone access.

网页根据浏览器语言偏好自动选择简体中文或英文；你也可以手动切换。网页不使用 Cookie、广告追踪或分析脚本。服务器在传送和保护网页时会处理 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器类型等基础网络信息；服务器或基础设施供应商可能按其运行和安全需要处理相关技术日志。
This page selects Simplified Chinese or English from your browser language preferences; you can also switch manually. It does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. To deliver and protect the page, the server processes basic network information such as IP address, request time, and browser type. The server or infrastructure provider may handle related technical logs for operation and security.
02信息用途与共享How information is used and shared
我们使用上述信息来运行体式识别、保存你选择保留的练习资料、完成可选账号认证、验证订阅权益，以及响应安全或支持请求。我们不会出售个人信息，不会将练习资料用于广告，也不会进行跨 App 跟踪。
We use the information above to run pose recognition, save practice data you choose to keep, authenticate optional accounts, verify subscription entitlements, and respond to security or support requests. We do not sell personal information, use practice data for advertising, or track you across apps.
为提供登录功能，相关认证信息会由你选择的 Apple 或 Google 登录服务以及 Firebase Authentication 处理。除此之外，本机练习资料和照片不通过 FlowMala 登录服务共享。Apple 会独立处理 App Store 购买和账单信息。
For sign-in, related authentication information is processed by the Apple or Google sign-in service you choose and by Firebase Authentication. Local practice data and photos are not shared through FlowMala sign-in. Apple separately handles App Store purchase and billing information.

FlowMala does not configure advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Providers’ independent handling is governed by their own policies. Their notices are available here:
03保存期限与删除方式Retention and deletion
- 本机练习资料会保留在设备上，直到你在 App 中删除可删除的内容或移除 App。瑜伽瞬间可在 App 的数据管理页面逐张或全部删除。
- 如已创建 FlowMala 账号，可在 App 的“账号与登录”中发起账号删除。删除前需要使用原登录方式重新验证；Firebase Authentication 中的 FlowMala 账号记录会被删除。此过程不会删除本机资料、Apple/Google 账号或照片图库副本。
- 如果 App Store 自动续订订阅仍有效，请先在 Apple 账户的“订阅”中取消。删除 FlowMala 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，也不会触发退款。
- Apple、Google、Firebase 及托管服务可能依照其政策和法律义务保留有限的交易、安全或服务记录；请通过其官方隐私说明了解各自的期限和删除渠道。
- Local practice data stays on your device until you remove available items in the app or remove the app. Yoga moments can be deleted individually or all at once from the app’s data management screen.
- If you created a FlowMala account, start deletion in Account & Sign-In in the app. You must reauthenticate using the original sign-in method. The FlowMala account record in Firebase Authentication will be deleted. This does not delete local data, your Apple or Google account, or copies in Photos.
- If an App Store auto-renewable subscription is active, cancel it in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings first. Deleting a FlowMala account does not cancel an Apple subscription or initiate a refund.
- Apple, Google, Firebase, and hosting providers may retain limited transaction, security, or service records under their policies and legal obligations. See their official privacy notices for their retention periods and deletion channels.
你可以随时在 iOS“设置”中撤销相机、照片添加或通知权限。撤销权限不会自动删除此前已保存在 App 或照片图库中的内容。
You can revoke camera, add-only Photos, or notification permission at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking permission does not automatically delete content already saved in the app or photo library.
04安全与未成年人Security and children
本机练习资料保存在 iOS App 私有空间，并使用系统提供的安全机制。网络登录由 Apple、Google 和 Firebase 的认证服务处理。任何电子存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全；请妥善保护设备和登录凭证。
Local practice data is stored in the iOS app’s private container and protected by platform security features. Network sign-in is handled by authentication services from Apple, Google, and Firebase. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure; please protect your device and sign-in credentials.
FlowMala 不以儿童为目标用户，也不会有意通过账号登录收集儿童个人信息。如果你认为儿童向我们提交了个人信息，请通过 App Store 页面上的开发者联系邮箱联系我们，以便核实并处理。
FlowMala is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through account sign-in. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us through the developer contact email on FlowMala’s App Store page so we can review and address it.
